DETAILED ITINERARY

Night 01: Hanoi – Lao Cai (Overnight on Train)

·        Pre-departure: You are welcome to visit the Vega Travel office to store your luggage or take a shower before the trip.

·        20:30: Our tour guide will transfer you to Hanoi Railway Station.

·        21:30: Check-in at the station.

·        22:00: The train departs for Lao Cai. Enjoy an 8-hour sleep in a comfortable 4-berth air-conditioned soft berth cabin.

·        Inclusive services: Transfer to station, train ticket.

Day 01: Sa Pa – Y Linh Ho – Lao Chai – Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai (Homestay)

·        06:00: Arrive at Lao Cai Station. Pick-up and transfer to Sa Pa town. Enjoy breakfast and a refreshing shower before storing your main luggage.

·        09:00: Start trekking down to Y Linh Ho and Lao Chai village, home to the Black H’mong people.

·        Afternoon: After a picnic lunch, continue along the Muong Hoa stream, crossing suspension bridges to reach Ta Van village of the Dzay people.

·        Evening: Arrive at Giang Ta Chai. Join a fun cooking class with your guide and host family to learn how to prepare traditional Vietnamese dishes.

·        Overnight: Enjoy dinner and learn about local customs. Stay overnight at a cozy local homestay.

·        Inclusive services: Transfer, English-speaking guide, homestay permit, meals (B, L, D).

Day 02: Giang Ta Chai – Su Pan – Sa Pa – Hanoi (Night Train)

·        Morning: Wake up to the sounds of village life. Enjoy handmade pancakes prepared by your guide. Start a new trek into Hoang Lien Son National Park. Visit the Red Dao minority in Giang Ta Chai then continue to Su Pan village for lunch.

·        Afternoon: Take in the magnificent views of Ba Ho Valley or visit a local Tay family. A car will take you back to Sa Pa town.

·        Evening: Refresh with a shower and collect your luggage at the hotel. You have free time to stroll around Sa Pa town until 17:30, then transfer back to Lao Cai Station for the night train to Hanoi.

Day 03: Arrival in Hanoi

·        05:30: The train arrives at Hanoi Station.

·        The tour ends. You can take a taxi/walk back to your hotel or the Vega Travel office.
