·        Luggage Storage: You do not need to carry your large suitcases on the trek. Heavy bags will stay securely in the hotel luggage room on Day 1 and Day 2.

·        Weather Conditions: A 100% full refund is granted if local border or rail authorities cancel travel due to extreme weather.

·        72 Hours Before Departure: Enjoy free trip modifications or a full refund if you cancel your booking more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure.

·        Within 72 Hours: No refunds or free modifications are permitted for cancellations made within 72 hours of departure.

·        Transaction Fees Notice: All approved refunds are subject to a standard $3 – $7 USD exchange rate adjustment variance plus a 4% banking administration fee.
