Hanoi by overnight train – Lao Cai

- 20h15 our tour guide will transfer you to Hanoi railway station for the 21h30 train to Lao Cai -8hr sleep on the train.

Day 01: Lao Cai Arrival – Coc Ly minority Market (Bac Ha) - Sa Pa

- This morning 06h15 arrival at Lao Cai station, our tour guide will pick you up for a passing mountain drive towards Bac Ha after breakfast.

- Attend Coc Ly market that known to travelers as the most simple market of that unexplored and uncommercialized yet.

- At the market you will discover a large amount of knowledge of hill tribes (The Flower Mong, Black H’mong, Red Dao, Day…), learn about their daily life, typical culture and custom and especially you can find the atmosphere of trade barter with (fabric, rice, corn, horse, big…) happening at highland markets in Vietnam

- Enjoy your lunch in the market.

In the afternoon

- Take a simple boat trip along Chay river under high waterfalls, call on for a visit to a Flower Mong family for further actual knowledge.

- Drive down hill to the Ha Khau Vietnam – China border gate for a visit then continue up hill to Sapa.

- 18h00 arrive in Sapa, check in hotel - free time to enjoy Sapa.

Day 02: Sapa Trekking - Homestay

- 08h00 breakfast. 09h30 trek down to Ylinh Ho - Lao Chai village of the black H’Mong minority, visit some local families

- Enjoy your picnic lunch at a waterfall base en-route.

In the afternoon

- Continue your trek to Ta Van village, visit the Dzay’s families.

- Trek to visit Giang Ta Chai village of the red Dao.

- Dinner and overnight here on the second floor of the traditional stilt house of the Red Dao.

Day 03: Sapa Trekking – Lao Cai - Hanoi

- In the early morning you will be sure to be woken up by the households but lucky to see how is their daily life for a new day.

- After enjoying some pancakes made from your tour guide.

- A new trek, more stunning landscapes and other ethnic minority villages. Visit Giang Ta Chai village of the red Dao

In the afternoon.

- Continue your trek to Su Pan village of the Tay minority.

- 15h00 at the main road, a Russian jeep to Sapa, shower then free time until18h30 drive back to Lao Cai for the night train to Hanoi.

Day 04: Arrival Hanoi
