Day 1: Ha Noi – Bai Tu Long Bay - Ha Long bay - Overnight on Vega Junk


-Approximately 07:45 - 08:15 from Vega office  for the 3,5 hour drive through the Red River Delta to the wharf of Ha Long Bay


-12:00 – 12:15  Welcome  aboard to cruise  out to the bay.

- Sit back on the boat restaurant or the sundeck to relax as we cruise past the hundreds of islands and islets of Bai Tu Long Bay area that is lesser traveled by tourist and well-known for its magnificent seascapes.

- Cruising and enjoying the first fresh lunch served by Vega’s boat staffs

-Turn right to reach the remote area where we will enjoy kayaking, exploring the peaceful beauty of Ha Long Bay, The area is off the tourist!

- Paddle in our 2-person kayak through the narrow lanes of limestone mountains and karsts being broken by wind and time. Call on to visit Trong Cave (Drum cave) and Trinh Nu (Virgin Cave). You even can swim from your kayak in the emerald waters…

- Anchor in a tranquil lagoon among Bai Tu Long Bay, Ha Long Bay for dinner and a peaceful night

Day 02: Lan Ha Bay – Cat Ba island – Trekking in Cat Ba National Park - Overnight at the hotel

In the morning

- Breakfast on boat and then we will be the first to visit the most beautiful cave of the Bay called Hang Sung Sot ( the Surprising cave)

- Afterward walk up 340 constructed terraced steps to the top of Titop Mountain  peak for a 360 degree of Amazing view of Ha Long Bay - Bai Tu Long Bay  - Lan Ha Bay and Cat Ba Island National Park.

- Walk down to Titop beach, a naturally formed sand beach, for a refreshing dip in the bay.

Transship to a small junk to go into Lan Ha Bay -  Cat Ba National Park

Trekking through the National Park of Cat Ba 

- A local boat will take you 40 minutes through Lan Ha bay pass by floating fishing villages of Cai Beo to Cat Ba island then a car drives up to the central of the park for trekking

- A moderate trek into the park up to Ngu Lam Peak (the trek up and down takes 2,5 hours approximately). At the summit you will obtain a universal view of Cat Ba Island – Lan Ha Bay - Halong Bay. Triple scenes in your one Photo shot! that is amazing

-Trek down to visit Trung Trang cave and visit the Hospital cave

- Drive to Cat Ba town, check in hotel and then lunch.

In the afternoon

- Walk on the on-cliff path for spectacular landscapes…from the beach Cat Co 1 to Cat Co 3

- Dip to swim on Cat Co 3 beach for relaxing moments.

- Leisure to enjoy Cat Ba

Day 03: Cat Ba Island – You can extend to go to Hanoi/Ninh Binh/Hue/Sapa/Ha Giang (2 options)

Option 1: Go back to Hanoi

-   Breakfast at the hotel

-   A boat to take you to the cruise and you cruise back to Halong bay with lunch on boat and bus back to Hanoi – you will arrive in Hanoi at 15:00-15:30

Option 2: You can extend to go to Hanoi/Ninh Binh/Hue/Sapa/Ha Giang…

-   Breakfast at the hotel

-   Free time to discover Cat Ba island/the Cannon Fort mountain/Peaceful beaches…

-   11:30 check out for a bus trip to Hanoi. (Depending on your plan, you can take the bus leaves Cat Ba island at 07:30/09:00/12:00/16:00

-   After 3 hours of drive along the coastal road/ferry trip/highway, you will arrive in Hanoi.

-   End the tour in the old quarter of Hanoi
