Day 03: Hanoi – City tour – Overnight night train to Lao Cai

-Breakfast at the hotel

-Visit the complex of Ho Chi Minh comprising Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, museum and stilt house and one Pillar pagoda.

-Visit Vietnam Ethnology museum where you can see 54 different minorities of Vietnam with their typical custom and clothes, working materials.

-Visit the Temple of Literature – the place of the first University and temple for Confucius in Vietnam.

-Take a cyclo (3 wheels – bike) throughout the old narrow streets to visit 36 ancient streets of small traders and Dong Xuan market.

-Visit the old cathedral of Hanoi, Hanoi opera house with French colonial buildings

-Visit Hoan Kiem lake – the heart of Hanoi

-Enjoy special water puppet show that will help you to understand daily life of Vietnam farmers in rural and countryside.

19:30 our tour guide will transfer you to Hanoi station for the 21h15 train to Lao Cai

Day 04: Lao Cai - Bac Ha minority Market - Sapa

05:15 you will arrive at the last arrival station – Lao Cai station.  Picked up and drive upto Bac Ha market – a colorful market of the local hill tribes

07:00 you will arrive Bac Ha, independently attend the market that known as the most colorful ethnic market of all Northwest Vietnam. It is a fusion of many different hill tribes inhabiting around Bac Ha mountain district and here you can easily distinguish them by their different colorful costume dressing

-Attend the market, you will find out not only typical traditional costume but also the way of bartering trade existing in daily life of the Tay, the Dzay, the Red Dzao, the Black H’mong…

-After lunch, we will drive back to Lao Cai but on half way we will stop to trek down hill 2km to visit Trung Do village of the Tay minority.

-Afterward the car will pick us up at Bac Ngam bridge then drive down hill to the Ha Khau Vietnam – China border gate for a visit then continue up hill to Sapa

16:00 arrive in Sapa, check in hotel - free time to enjoy Sapa

Day 05: Sa Pa Trekking to 4 villages: Ylinh Ho - Lao Chai - Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai village 
6-7 hrs trekking throughout 4 hamlets - visit 2 different kinds of minority.

08:30 Trek down to YlinhHo and Lao Chai village of the black H’mong people.

-After a picnic lunch, keep on alongside Muong Hoa stream, over suspension bridges to Ta Van village of the Dzay people.

-Keep trekking to Cau May (Rattan Suspension bridge) - Giang Ta Chai I.

-Visit Giang Ta Chai village of the Red Dao minority and then continue that trail to the main road for car to return to Sapa.

-Free time until17:30 transfer down to Lao Cai station for the night train back to Hanoi.

-20h10 catch the night train back to Hanoi.

Day 06: Hanoi Arrival

05:00 the train will drop you in Hanoi .Picked up to Vega Travel office

-Approximately 08:00 – 08:20 our professional tour guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel for the 3,5 hour drive through the Red River Delta to the wharf of Halong Bay

12:00 – 12:15  Welcome  aboard to cruise  out to the Bay

-Sit back on the boat restaurant or the sundeck to relax as we cruise past the hundreds of islands and islets of Bai Tu Long Bay area that is lesser traveled by tourist and well-known for its magnificent seascapes

-Cruising and enjoying the first fresh lunch served by Vega’s boat staffs .

Turn right to reach the centre of Halong Bay for a visit to its largest cave called Hang Sung Sot (Surprising cave) for more or less 40 minutes

-Paddle in our 2-person kayak through a limestone Tunnel Grotto called (Hang Luon) into a lovely lagoon. You may even see wild monkeys playing on the mountain cliffs. Paddle along and through narrow passages to visit the Man head island, Butterfly cave and Horse Neck stone

-Spend more time in swimming from the boat or from your kayak in the emerald waters…

Anchor in a tranquil lagoon among Bai Tu Long Bay, Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay for dinner and a peaceful night on the boat.

Day 07: Halong Bay – Bai Tu Long Bay – Hanoi – Fly to Hue

07h00 Wake up for a new day by Walking up 340 constructed terraced steps to the top of Titop Mountain to watch the sunrise over the bay. The 360 degree view is breath-taking from this peak with views of Halong Bay - Bai Tu Long Bay  - Lan Ha Bay and Cat Ba Island National Park.

-Walk down to Titop beach, a naturally formed sand beach, for a refreshing dip in the bay.

-Afterwards enjoy breakfast on the boat while we cruise towards Lan Ha Bay, passing by the Pearl farming to listen to our tour guide explaining how the local people here raise and harvest pearls.

-Following this inner route will lead you through the most beautiful zone of Halong Bay including the Dog stone, the Fighting Cock islet, the couple islet, the 3 -tunnel grotto and the floating fishing villages and fish farms.

-If time and tide permit, we will stop for a while in a peaceful place for relaxation on the boat deck.

-Enjoying our last lunch on the boat en-route heading up to Halong wharf .

11h45 -12:00 pack up and disembark then we continue our land driving trip to Hanoi

Estimated to arrive in Hanoi between 16h30 – 17h00.

-Drop at the hotel for the flight to Hue at 20:20

-21:30 arrive in Hue, Met and transferred to hotel

Day 08: Visit Hue – Overnight in Hue

-After breakfast, take a boat ride alongside the Perfume river, enjoy countryside villages and spectacular landscape on both sides of the river. Call on to visit Thien Mu, the Heaven female pagoda, one of the oldest of Vietnam. Keep boating to Tu Duc tomb - A worth seeing by its huge architecture.

-Visit the Ngo Mon main gate, the Purple Forbidden City. Visiting and learning about the last dynasty Nguyen in VietNam from 1802 – 1945. In here you can look back the moment of regime changing, the communist party standing for the endness of Emperors 'rule.

-Visit the lasting remaining ruins combined between the old Vietnamese Sino – Chinese architecture.

Day 09: Hue - Hoi An Sightseeing – Overnight in Hoi An

-Take A special driving over the Hai Van Pass, the highest mountain range lying horizontally partition the north and the south.

-On the way to Hoi An, we visit the Marble mountain.

Day 10: Hoi An – My Son Holy Land – Boat trip on Thu Bon river

08:00 the car drives you to Mỹ Sơn–the address that attracts numerous Southeast Asia and Oriental art researchers, is the Sanctuary of the ancient Champa Kingdom in the past. It was built the 4th to 13th centuries in dedication to Shiva God of Destruction and Inventory in Hinduism. My Son was the most abundant architectural complex representative of Champa arts with over 70 temples, however, about 20 temples and towers have been preserved quite well. My Son, considered being in the same league as some of Southeast Asia's greatest archaeological sites, including Angkor in Cambodia, Bagan in Myanmar, Ayutthaya in Thailand and Borobudur in Indonesia.

-On the way back to Hoi an , we take a boat trip along Thu Bon river and stop to see Thanh Ha pottery village and Kim Bong Carpenter then take boat to the town

-Visiting and learning about Vietnam Guerillas or Viet Cong ( VC ) living and fighting under the fabulous system of underground tunnels ( 200kms long ) during the American war.

In here you can look back the Guerillas’ anti-American struggle by gestures of actions, also try to be a guerillas by crawling through 50- 100 meters to 200kms to get a lasting unforgettable memory about the VC.

-On the way back to HCM, stopover at some rubber plantations to know how the rubber trees fertilized, by workers’ killed remains who worked here for the American rule in Vietnam.

-Enjoy lunch in HCM city

06h30 drive 30km to Can Tho where we will take the boat trip to explore the picturesque tributaries of the Lower Mekong river to discover Cai Rang floating markets, which are the most original o­nes and bustling places of the region.

-Afterwards, continue our motor boat trip to visit and see how rice noodle is made.
- Roam into the village to get in touch with the local people.

-Proceed to Chau Doc via Long Xuyen to visit the crocodile farm.

-Stop for lunch.

-Check in o­n arriving in Chau Doc.

Admire the landscape from the Sam Mountain summit down the Vietnamese - Cambodian border, visit the caved pagoda.
